OTOTO stands for "One Time, One Time Only." We were inspired to start a project that has us make up a totally new wine every year. This Chillable red from the Sonoma Coast. For this rendition we blended 50% Gamay Noir, 25% Pinot Noir, 10% Kerner, 10% Chardonnay, and 5% Syrah.
These Varieties come together making a fruitful and bright wine.
